The scanner recognizes the relevant information and stores it in cloud, creating reports simultaneously. The app also includes Time Tracking and Mileage Tracking as part of its wide range of features.

Zoho People lets you manage your employee attendance, time-offs and timesheets from a central location, with IP restrictions in place. Alternatively, if a biometric device is used, all the data will be automatically imported into Zoho People. Log time, create timesheets and simply associate them with your clients in Zoho CRM.

If you’re looking for a simple, dedicated app to manage expenses on your Android, this Zoho app is well worth a look. The cloud-based Zoho Expense aims to take the hassle out of the expense recording and reporting process.

One of the best Android expenses apps out there, Zoho Expense is designed to dramatically cut down the time you spend recording receipts, preparing expense reports, and then getting them approved. It does this by allowing you to store receipts digitally, tracking and logging mileage automatically via GPS, importing credit card statements, and, of course, letting you enter expenses manually.

Zoho Expense for Android allows you to batch expenses together in order to create expenses reports, and then submit them for approval via email. You could also print out your expenses reports using Google cloud print.

TriNet is another app that offers that all important project-based time tracking, which extends to its Android, iPhone, iPad, and Blackberry apps from where you can also scan and import receipts to keep on top of those mounting expenses. This app also features some useful integrations, first with accounting solutions such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Intacct, but also with mobile apps such as TripIt.

The TriNet Expense application uses six main buttons to help you track your time and expenses: New Expense, Add Mileage, Add Receipt, Log Time, New Report and Settings. These simple workflows make it easy to minimize the time it normally takes to complete these arduous tasks. This data can then be turned into Excel spreadsheets.

Through the application you can achieve everything you can on web-based counterpart, being able to enter time, create expense sheets and even set daily reminders letting you know when to leave the office.
